The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) held its annual conference from July 18-21. The hybrid-style event was held both in-person in Phoenix, Arizona and was streamed live. Nearly thirty representatives of the Center for Food Safety (CFS) made up of faculty, staff, students, board of advisors and patron members participated in this year’s event.
